AGN Networks is a company delivering unique interconnectivity solutions for owners and operators of IP Enabled PBX’s. Their key products include: Packet Trunking, Packet DID, Packet Toll Free.

Project Requirements
AVangard Solutions Inc. was hired to build AGN’s system from ground up from system design, integration and customization to system maintenance. Key requirements included:
  •  Conceptual design of the network architecture
  •  IP network design
  •  IP security design and implementation
  •  Protocol transparent VoIP network design
  •  Creation of robust and failsafe system with redundancy, scalability
  •  Provision of real time monitoring and alert mechanism
  •  Selection, integration and deployment of redundant high availability network components;
  •  Installation and configuration of switching engines
  •  Installation and configuration of RADIUS based rating and accounting system
  •  Development of customized billing system with granular invoicing and product package management
  •  Development of custom tailored web based subscriber self service CRM portal. Each subscriber has the ability provision and manage their own network devices, view invoices and statements; download charge records etc
  •  Development of custom administrative console for network management and monitoring; complex user access privileges mechanism
  •  The system had to provide system transparent management interface for administering heterogeneous backend environment

Solution
To handle the challenge AVangard Solutions Inc. integrated best of bread network switching and rating solutions. Custom developed APIs and interfaces optimized the performance and the usability of the system. Redundancy and fail over have been implemented on several network layers to guarantee 100% netowrk uptime. Custom billing and reporting engines were developed to meet the specific requirements of the client. Intuitive CRM solution has been developed to provide competitive edge in the fast growing VoIP market. Interoperability testing has been performed with major VoIP equipment providers to ensure failsafe connection to the network.

Results
In less than one year AGN became a prominent name in the VoIP world. They have been chosen as preferred SIP Trunking provider by AVAYA.

Client Profile
Company X has developed a solution that creates a trusted class of email called CertifiedEmail that guarantees deliverability for senders and spam-free, phishing-free emails for recipients. Company X's certified email is integrated by AOL, Yahoo etc.

Project Requirements
AVangard Solutions Inc. had to develop a platform independent transactional Reconciliation Tool to be installed at Company Xl’s customer premises.
Key application requirements included:
  •  Decript, translate, load, match, merge and reconcile large amount of email certification tokens and to produce output files in different customizable formats

Solution

A unique challenge was presented by the performance requirements from the application on different platforms (MS Windows, Unix, Linux).

Results
Company X services are being used by some of the biggest email providers such as AOL and Yahoo. As a core component of Company X ’s product the reconciliation tool plays major role in their offering.
